Unity, Power, Progress for nurses and midwives
Our vision
The driving focus of our leadership will be to win better lives for nurses and midwives and their families, to improve the healthcare system for our communities, and to stand up for the professions of nursing and midwifery.
The NSWNMA is the largest union in NSW. This is a legacy from those who came before us that we don’t take for granted. Under our leadership the Association will continue to take a leading role in this state on behalf of our members.
Our core business must be in providing high standard industrial and legal protection and advice for members, but we also need to use our collective voice and take collective action where needed in order to improve the world of work for nurses and midwives.
